Seeking an experienced, soulful male vocalist for Funk band

We are seeking an experienced, soulful, tenor male vocalist to provide harmonies and share lead with 2 female vocalists.

Project Phoenix is a powerhouse eleven-piece band (2 female leads, 5 horns, bass, drums, keys, and guitar) that has been part of the Funk dance music revival in and around Toronto since 1994. Our website for pictures, audios and videos is www.projectphoenix.ca.

We deliver the old school sound. Our influences include Tower of Power, Earth Wind and Fire, Stevie Wonder, Sly and the Family Stone, The Commodores, Kool and the Gang and many more.

Our musicians are committed to a high quality of musicianship and any musicians applying must be experienced. We practice once a week unless we play out that weekend. Practices are on Sunday morning 10:30am-1:30pm in Markham, ON.
