Hey, I’m J a bass player based in Toronto. I’ve been playing for a few years and I’m finally at the point where I’m ready to build something with other musicians.

I’m looking for players who want to jam regularly and eventually start gigging once we lock in a solid sound. I’m open to the whole GTA if you’ve got good energy and care about the music, that’s what matters.

My influences and focus are on ’70s–’90s R&B, jazz, reggae, Hip Hop and funk, plus artists like John Mayer, Bob Marley, and D’Angelo and honestly, anything with a great groove and musicality.
